Riding

Normanby Park riding school offers a variety of riding sessions suitable for everyone above 4 years of age. This is in our purpose built 22 x 50 manage or our large sand paddock

Weekends

Set ability group lessons plus some private lesson spaces are available

Private Lessons

Private lessons suitable for all ages and ability. These lessons are one to one with just yourself and the instructor.

Semi-Private Lessons

2 - 3 riders per semi-private lesson. These lessons can be mixed ability, however they will be aimed specifically at each individual rider. The lessons can be you and your friends and family.

Weekend Groups

Groups are based on ability therefore each rider can improve and the lessons can be kept moving forward and progresing quickly. The maximum is 6 riders per group

Jumping Lessons

Group lessons are availalbe for the more advanced riders, who are confident and balanced at walk, trot and canter. Body protectors must be worn for safety

Hacking / Trekking

The riding school offers accompanied off-road hacking. Hacks can be taken out either during weekdays or weekends as private or semi-private sessions.

Holiday Activities

Own a Pony Days are 9am to 4pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Look after your own pony for the day, includes catching, grooming, 2 sessions of riding, field care, feeding, pony care and turning out. Fully supervised at all times.

Cancellations

24 hours notice is required for cancellations. £5 late cancellation fee under 24 hours. Full lesson price to be paid if no cancellation made.
